• Masks are not required, however you and your family are welcome to wear one if you wish. 
  
  
• Temperatures will be taken with a forehead thermometer and you will be asked a few questions at the front door of the studio.
  
  
• Sanitization of props and sets will occur between timeslots on each set.
  
  
• Cameras and phone cameras are not allowed on set.
  
  
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the studio.
  
  
• Your timeslot is reserved only when your reservation fee is paid in full.
  
  
• Timeslots are sold as 15 minutes on each set. (We will not shoot on multiple sets during the 15 minutes!)
  
  
• If you are changing your child's clothes between sets, you'll need to do so very quickly!
  
  
• Pets are only permitted if being photographed and MUST be scheduled in the last appointments of the day due to allergy issues.
  
  
• PLEASE read the specifics to book the correct date and timeslot, as there are NO REFUNDS.
  
  
• Each time slot is limited to IMMEDIATE FAMILY parents and children.
  - HOWEVER, if you would like to include COUSINS in a few photos together, you may book back-to-back sessions! Both families must be present during the entire time frame in order to use the time wisely to photograph the families separately and together.
  
  
• Please arrive 5 minutes prior to start time so we can begin the temperature check and questions before your session and so your session can start promptly.
  
  
• If you are more than 5 minutes late for your session, your timeslot and reservation fee are forfeited and are no longer transferable. 
  - Because of recurring time slots throughout the day, sessions will begin and end on time even if you are late!
  
  
• The session reservation fee is NOT refundable but IS transferrable to another family.
  - In other words, you may purchase a timeslot as a gift OR if you book a session but can not attend, you may sell or gift your timeslot to another family.
  - If you sell or gift your purchased session, KNP must be notified of the change at least 24 hours before the session.
  - The session sale may NOT exceed the original reservation price and all listed terms and conditions apply.
  
  
• Proof gallery will be emailed to the address provided and available for up to 7 days after the session. Requests for the gallery to be reopened are subject to a $50 fee.
  
  
• All sales are final, there are NO REFUNDS.
  
  
• All prices are valid 30 days after the session date for reorders.
  
  
• Purchased digital files may be printed for personal use up to size 8x10" and can not be used in any other form without expressed written permission of Karen Nicole Photography.
  
  
• Images, whether printed or digital, may not be used for any use of advertising, entries into contests, public use or commercial use without the expressed written permission of Karen Nicole Photography.

CLIENT RELEASE
I hereby agree to the above terms and conditions. I grant Karen Nicole Photography permission to use images from this session as possible forms of advertisement for future business. These forms of advertisements will be limited to a portfolio, website, social media, magazines, and/or displays. Karen Nicole Photography will contact the client if any image from this session is desired for use in any purpose other than portfolio.

- You may choose times on the same or different days if you'd like!

- Pets must be booked at the end of each day due to allergy situations. Simply mark "pet" on the day you prefer and you will be contacted with the time of your session. (Quantity refers to the number of sessions available for purchase, not the number of pets.)
